Client Advocate - Kankakee
Part-time (up to 24 hours/week); Kankakee
Work directly with survivors seeking emergency shelter for safety from domestic violence and answer hotline calls, supporting survivors every step in their journeys. This position is for second shift (4:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.). Bilingual and/or bi-cultural candidates are encouraged to apply.

Resale Shoppe Assistant Manager
Part-time (25-29 hours/week); Watseka
Supports the Resale Shoppe Supervisor in coordinating daily operations, with a focus on administrative functions, inventory management, and operational systems. Assists with staff and volunteer support while helping ensure an organized, efficient, and mission-driven retail environment.

Business Intern

Work closely with the Executive Director and Business Manager handling a variety of daily business tasks and various projects depending on current needs and intern’s program requirements. Must complete a minimum of 50 hours.
Social Work Intern
Volunteer; Kankakee
Supports survivors of domestic violence through hotline calls, observing sessions, client contact, assisting at outreach events and more. Must commit a minimum of 450 hours to the program.
